Revolution Cutaway

Does anyone have a cutaway of the revolution? Barring that, can you take pictures of how it goes together? Iíve been curious how it works but canít find animations online, and the explanation of being ďlike an Mq valveĒ arenít satisfying enough.

I know Mike had one, but I'm not sure if he still has it or if Extreme Velocity got it. Someone else here may have gotten pictures. If no one has anything I'd contact EV.

Exploded views give you a pretty good idea though. If you want any specific pictures let me know

I don't think Mike ever had one made of the revolution. I recently saw one he did of a very early Phantom. That piece stayed with him along with a few other highly collectible markers. I was gifted three of the framed posters from the 80's and a cool CCI banner with both the Phantom and the Revolution on it.

Ishmael, thanks, thatís exactly what I was looking for. Makes a lot more sense how it works and how the dial adjusts the velocity. Unless Iím misunderstanding, that spring adjusts how long the popper valve opens, and it closes again from the drop in pressure of the shot. Cool design.

One thing I do know as Mike explained it to me: The piston (blue piece) has O-rings on it to lessen the gas volume which is the gross adjustment. The small piece that moves side to side is the fine adjustment. If the marker is shooting to hot you remove the piston and add an O-ring. There are 3 different pistons. one for CO2, one for compressed air and a hybrid.
