Any interest in brass sheridan plugs?

Made a few bits for myself. Wondering if there's any interest if I made a few more. Could probably do by set or by individual piece. Here's a set I did for a PGP.

Brass backed delrin bolt, rear feed tube plug, 12g plug (aluminum cup needs to be put on it), top tube front plug, RVA.

Cool, you should definitely be able to sell some full brass upgrade kits.

Hm, if you could make that PGP delrin bolt a Center fire, like those old General Joe's centerfire bolts that would be awesome. Also could you make the feed tube plug with a parabolic ramp?

I dont think i understood fully what you said Ironchef, but PGP's dont let any air fo through the bolt, they have a solid face and the air outlet is dircetly below you bolt.

to make the air go though the bolt, you would need to change the length of the stroke...

i do want a set, mabe a couple. Bolts for pmi-1 would be geat as well.

could you make the the feed tube plug larger like the old pps one?

A fast changer knob (i already have the adapter) would be great as well.

I've done ramped feed plugs before so I can do one in brass and see how it turns out. I've never found any benefit to the curve honestly. As long as the ball gets deflected down it seems to do the trick and even on the flat ones gravity generally does just fine.

There's 2 ways to do a centerfire PGP bolt. One is like you said. You'd have to lengthen the pump stroke / rod and move the bolt pin to accomidate. The other more creative way (which I think they're referring to) was to "mill out" a short channel in the bottom of the bolt and use a small slide in it. The bolt pin went into the slide and this allowed the extra travel in the bolt.

That explanation is probably clear as mud so if I can find the one I have I'll take a pic.

Is there really an advantage to a centerfire bolt? I love the system it had.
