Times have changed

Bought a NW Spitfire off eBay a couple weeks ago, finally took it for a test today. Sweet little nelson pump. Put it back in the (original) box and decided to check under the foam padding.

Sweet! Manuals, and a flier from Paintball Palace, Detroit. You've come a long way little Spitfire.

$115 for a case of 2500 or $135 for premium. In 1991 dollars. People complain about paint prices too much.

I'd pay 115 dollars for a case of the big bore stuff that was available in 1991.

Awesome history there.

240fps and an instruction not to climb on the rafters?
Sounds like a weird field.

Seems reasonable to me. I think it was some pretty close quarters indoor stuff. 240 is pretty low, but the rafters thing is legit. You might fall.

THat was my favorite era- The early 90s. Tons of new tech hitting the market, with a rapid change from pumps to semis.... but most of the semis had issues. Paintball was breaking into mainstream.
