I am maybe 5' 10" and a giant in my family of short Hungarian little people. I am the tallest on my moms side of the family by a god 5 or 6 inches.

Are Hungarian's traditionally short? My wife's family is Portuguese and I tower over all of them.

I went to a hungarian festival in the US and I rarely saw anyone taller then me.

You started it. You should know better then ask a hypothetical question around here.

Never noticed a difference in different weight setups. For me more importantly is how the market is setup. I forgot my reg extender one day for my 13ci and couldn’t hit crap with my open class pump because I was to close to the marker when I aimed. Switched to my Phantom for the day with the perfect length stock and no cocking rod bouncing off my lens and had one of my best days.

Do you think it's possible that someone would build me a paintball tank for free?

I have gone to both ends of the spectrum and it depends on what I'm playing. I have used a Cronus with my Pinochio 400 with the nose cone and a steel tank. It weighed 400 pounds fully loaded, ok maybe 10-12 pounds but either way it was heavy. I also played with just a slingshot and a handful of paintballs. I could run and get up close to the action faster than anyone with that.

I find that a really light tank on a speedball gun can be too light and make the gun feel unbalanced. I like lighter setups when I want to move fast but there are times where I don't mind having a heavy gun if I don't need to run so fast. I like my Pimp setup and that gun isn't light (compared to my etek) but I don't tend to run as far when I play with that gun. It really depends on the player and what you like to do.

Thread summery

1) can setups be too light
2) let's weigh different combinations of gear
3) family lineage and heights
