Started at 173 in OCT, was 164.6 at last check. Want to be under 160 and when we move I will be starting the simplefit.org workout since I will have access to a playground for pullups.

6 pack by October that's my end of deployment. I been slaying it at the gym blasting my upper body but I have been ignoring my abdominal muscles.

New goal!

Abs. I am not looking to be a spartan from 300 or anything but I do want to trim up my mid section.

So to get there, I am going to ramp up my cardio a bit more, focus my crossfit on the Core/ab stuff and get back into the slow carb diet full time.

Just found this part of the forum for the first time and I am glad of it. I have become obsessed with working out over the last year. I went into my sophomore year of college weighing 237. I had a lot of extra fat for a basketball player. I quickly got down to 220 before basketball tryouts but got sidelined during tryouts due to a partially torn tendon in my leg. Since then, my leg has healed and I have been sitting at about 212 for about 4 months.

My goal is to lower my body fat even more because I still have a gut and nice man boobs that need to disappear. In addition to this, I want to up my muscle mass even more. I am not too concerned with how much I weigh but I feel 212 is a little light for my 6'4 body.

My ultimate goal is to be able to jump out of the gym by the time basketball season rolls around. I want to be able to hit my head on the backboard easily.

i took some time off from the gym :/

but ran 3 miles (in two 1.5 mile chunks) and did light arms today!

might have to throw my runnin gear in the bag when i head on vacation this week!

Ive lost 25+ lb since February....only 10+ to go. Was 225, goal is 185 or less by October.

I reached mine! I started my logging journey on my android app called Noom Aug 27 2012. At the time, I had no idea it was posting my results to FB. I had surgery booked for Sept 5 (when I turned 42). I just wanted to hit 140 000 calories burned before my 42nd birthday. I did it on Sept 1.

I'm a little late to the party but my goal is to be back under 240 by christmas. I'm using my parents' elliptical machine for about an hour every couple of days.

I'm sick of members of the OFG club running circles around me at the paintball field.
