Finally got a CCM Pump!
Well it's not here yet but should be in a week or so. I traded my Empire2 for a nice S5 over on PBN. I'll be going over the manuals and old S5 threads to get a good handle on what to look for as far as tuning is involved. If anyone can drop some need-to-know knowledge (like a good hopper recommendation) I'd greatly appreciate it. Here's a few pics of my soon to be Go-to pump,,,

That is straight sexy! I love the color combination.

I think this was Hvacman's color combo.

How long does the wire style detent hold up for? Where can I buy a built Oring kit and any other spares I'd need for my new acquisition?

Talfuchre 08-16-2008 03:35 PM

Never had a wire detent go bad - CCM had parts.

Read on my blog (link below) for a parts kit how to.

Thanks TF,,, I was kinda hoping there was a pre-built kit out there but I can build one no probs.

Other than just a bit of phisical differnce, is one CCM pump better than the other?

oggfueler 08-16-2008 05:57 PM

Well I tracked down some history on this one,,, TIGWLDR was teh original owner and builder I believe. PBModShop did the ano work. Man I can't wait!
