Need help IDing old pump pistol

Hi, just had a quick question for you all. I have had this old pump pistol in a box of old gear for many many years and just came across it again cleaning out my workshop. Its in pretty ruff shape and was a rental back in its early days. It has no real markings to ID it by. Any help would be great.

Thanx
