Unless I'm mistaken, all of the CZ-75 grips that I've seen are of a different shape than the CCM grips. They wouldn't fit inside the cutout portion of the frame.

I used enough force to start stripping the metal off the fittings; any more and I fear I'd risk damaging the threads.
