I've got a P68SC on the way. I have a PGP but got the flu so I added a P68. I am wanting rubber grips for it. I was wondering if the Sheridan Battle Grips are rubber or plastic?

Thanks,
Jim

The two piece ones are plastic.

The PMI rubbers are hogue rubber.

Get the PMI rubber grips! They feel amazing.

The Battle grips are, in my opinion, not comfortable at all.

I have the battle grips on my PGP and the PMI rubber grips on my Stroker. I prefer the rubber grips by far. They just feel much better in the hand.

The battle grips look cool but are no where as comfortable as the PMI rubbers. Battle grips have also gotten hard to find and quite expensive. Go with the rubbers.

i'm surprised by how comfortable the battle grips are actually. Enough so that I have yet to hunt down another set of pmi rubber grips to replace them. Had both like both, rubber grips maybe slightly more, but unless I get a super deal on them probably won't replace the battle grips.

PMi wood grips are pretty nice if you can ever find a set. Most you'll find if you do are right-handed.

Check with Palmers, they have a few grips available.

OK! I was all about the PMI rubbers forever! They are still #1, but there is another grip that IMO is a tie: the AGD rubber grip. If you can get either do it!

The battle grips suck.

I once had pmi rubbers on a mag frame, I think that was about the most comfortable grip ever.
