air leak

My tipx is leaking air from around the velocity adjuster screw before I can get it up to 280 fps. Is there a way to fix the leak so I can get more velocity? I am running a 3000psi air tank and remote line.

Take apart and rebuild the regulator. Pay attention to the tiny black o-rings, make sure they are in good condition and oiled.

Read the manual regarding velocity adjustments. It may just be your relief valve needs to be adjusted.
