My Angel LCD Fly - is it dead?
So I pulled my Fly LCD out of storage and tried to get it going. No dice, it came on for a second and then died. Battery would not charge. Oddly enough my slightly older LCD seems to be working fine (I always liked it better anyway). I plugged my old LCD's battery into the Fly and switched it on. The whole LCD display came on, but it wouldn't do anything else. Every pixel on the screen was black and stayed that way. I guess that means my board is toast. So is this worth fixing. It seems like a battery and a new board may cost more than the gun is worth. Should I just pick up a new (to me) Angel and save this one for parts, or is it worth saving?

You can do a PM7 board swap which means 9v battery time! A guy on ebay sells the mounts. Save your maker.

The virtue pmr7 rail will fit with custom mounts. Runs on 9 volts. Awesome.
