delta 68 doesnt shoot semi auto...HELP
hey there guys or gals.....i just aquired a delta 68 its shoots only single shot.id have to recock it after every shot.i removed the bolt and bottom assembly and noticed its missing the recoil pad (large oring). could this be the culprit?.....any suggestions....please help....its a sweeet pistol id like to keep her.....thankx much

The bumper shouldn't be the cause of a failure to recock but it can help to prevent the hammer from mushrooming so it's a good idea to replace it. I'd try replacing the hammer o-ring and if that doesn't work, replace the sear.

You can find Delta 68 parts kits on ebay, but in truth I just take mine down to my local paintball store and they can normally match up any o-ring, they are spyder clones for the most part.

The bumper also helps keep the mainspring from bending sideways.
Usually pistols of this type have to be cocked to pierce the co2 or it will gas out because of the hammer holding the cupseal open. If the pistol can be recocked and shot again, then it's likely that the spring from the piercepin block to the nose of the cupseal is way too strong.
